Many people mail in their aprons for display with handwritten letters that tell the stories of those that used them. Carolyn and Henry Terry opened the museum quietly in 2006 with just a handful of aprons, and today it has grown to a collection of over 4,000. dedicated to aprons and the stories behind them.
