If you have retail, the keys should show up under the Lucasarts folder (which should be located in Local Machine, if not just search all of them under software until you find it, you should find keys related to "CD Key" and you could perhaps try to take your cd key and retype it in, or uninstall the game and delete that registry key and/or all for Empire at War as I mentioned above. Make sure your game in uninstalled first, and all game files are deleted and/or backed up. If it still doesn't, do what I did and search for "Empire at War" in regedit and delete every value, pressing f3 everytime you delete to "find next". That directory is in Windows 7, when I had to fix it I was using Windows Vista and swear that I had found the cd keys under the Lucasarts values under Local Machine, which actually could be how they were corrupted. When I had this problem, I searched through my registry for every value related to Empire at War and deleted them - and in the end it fixed my problem.
